It took us over an hour and a half just to walk about half of it. It is in terrible, shameful condition. It will take millions to restore. Of course, the more man hours that are volunteer, or the more we stretch that out over years ... . It took years to get this bad. We are challenged, but not put off. It is a job that needs to be done. It is Kingdom work. We believe it could have a high impact for Christian and Orthodox witness in this region and in this country. There is a whole section of Civil War Navy Asylum veterans. Then there are many more Civil War and Revolutionary War veterans buried with their families scattered throughout. We found several dozen graves with three-bar crosses. There is a whole Masonic section that is totally overgrown with weed trees.The vandalism is extensive. Restored, it has the potential to be a tourist destination like Valley Forge or Washington's Crossing, or maybe just a comfort to the people who have loved ones buried there. Drs. did not find mine, I did an exclusion diet and it was made very clear. Just one tiny idea. You never know. I will light a candle for you and keep on praying. What an ordeal for you.
